The install is the safety part
A windshield is not just a window. It is part of the car's structure, bonded in place to hold the roof up in a rollover and to give a passenger airbag something solid to push against. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has found that 8 out of 10 windshield replacements will fail due to improper installation procedures. That figure is exactly why we treat every replacement as a safety job first and a glass job second.
A rushed install can look fine and still be wrong underneath, the bond not fully cured, the trim not seated. You cannot see any of that from the driver's seat. You can only trust the shop that did the work.

AGRSS-certified, every time
Our technicians are AGRSS-certified through the Auto Glass Safety Council, which means every replacement follows the Auto Glass Replacement Safety Standard: the adhesive, the cure time, the fit, all done to a published standard instead of by feel. It is the difference between a windshield that is glued in and a windshield that is engineered in.

Your glass, your choice
When it is time to replace a windshield, you choose the glass: Original Equipment (OE) straight from the manufacturer, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) glass built to the same specification by the same supplier, or non-OE aftermarket glass at a lower price point. We will walk you through what each option means for your car and your budget, but the choice is yours.
Whatever you pick, the install itself does not change. Same AGRSS process, same certified technicians, same standard, on OE glass and aftermarket glass alike.
When a repair turns into a replacement
Sometimes a small job uncovers a bigger problem. Jennifer Sukup called us out to fix a chip in her windshield, and while Nate was working he found that her driver-side windshield had not been installed properly by a previous shop. He called the shop, got the correct glass ordered, and had her back on the road the same day with a windshield installed the right way.
That is the value of having AGRSS-certified eyes on your car even for a routine repair. If something is wrong with a prior install, we would rather catch it and fix it than let you drive around on a windshield that will not do its job in a crash.
