That line comes straight off their own site, and it is the plainest way to explain how the shop works. We repair windshields most other shops would rather replace, because a repair that holds saves you money and keeps the factory seal intact. The mobile vans that carry our crew around Fremont and Columbus are painted with the shop's own slogan for the job, Chips Happen, and it is stitched right into the chip chart on the van doors so a customer can point at the damage and know what they're looking at before a technician ever shows up.
Fas-Break Man, the yellow-and-black caped mascot on the logo, squeegee in hand and an FB emblem on his chest, is a bit of a joke around the shop, but the standard behind him is not: fix what can be fixed, tell the truth about what can't, and do the work at the customer's house or job site instead of making them wait in a lobby.
